Privacy Policy

1. DATA COLLECTION & STORAGE

1.1 API Keys: Your Google API Key is stored locally on your device (in local storage). It is never transmitted to our servers. It is sent directly from your computer to Google's servers to authorize image generation.

1.2 Images & Designs: The logos you upload and the mockups you generate are processed locally or via the direct connection to Google. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your design files.

2. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSING

2.1 Google Gemini API: By using The Software, you acknowledge that your inputs (prompts, uploaded logos, and base images) are sent to Google for processing.

2.2 Data Training:

• If you use a Paid/Billing-Enabled Google API Key, Google's terms typically state they do not train on your data.
• If you attempt to use a Free Tier (if available), Google may use your data to train their models.

You are responsible for reviewing Google’s API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data. LOMO v2 has no control over Google's internal data retention policies.

3. ANALYTICS

3.1 License Validation: When you open the app, we perform a one-time check with Gumroad to verify your license key is valid. No design data is transmitted during this check.
